John Ager, a Kepner-Tregoe (KT) consultant, specializes in analyzing organizational processes and subsequent change management, project management, facilitating issue resolution, and transferring critical thinking skills in both service and manufacturing organizations. Some of his prominent clients include Corning, Pfizer, Warner Lambert, Hoffmann-La Roche, Schering-Plough, and the Johnson & Johnson companies. He has also served non-profit organizations, such as the Child Care Connection, the South Brunswick Board of Education, and the YMCA.

John has led and managed client projects that have resulted in improved compliance with FDA regulations, increased manufacturing efficiency, optimized organizational structures, and alignment of employee activities with organizational priorities. His ability to integrate and communicate essential organizational data is key to John’s success.

Additional client work has resulted in optimized project portfolios, significant shifts in product mix and customer focus, implementation of Total Productive Maintenance, and improved product quality.

John is a KT Master Trainer, improving client’s skills in problem solving, complex decision making, risk management, priority setting, project management, performance management, managing involvement, and technical writing. He has also developed and designed workshops to meet client specific needs.

Prior to joining KT, John held positions as sales representative and freight coordinator for a privately-held secondary-metals processing and distribution firm.

John holds a master of business administration from NY U’s Stern School of Business, where he was awarded the Henry A. Hopf Fellowship for academic excellence and a bachelor of arts in economics and political science from the University of North Carolina.
